2. Nature of Services
- We provide access to licensed healthcare providers who evaluate patients for medical cannabis and other telehealth-eligible conditions.
- The Company is not a pharmacy or dispensary and does not sell or distribute cannabis or controlled substances.
- A provider’s recommendation does not guarantee state approval or access to dispensaries.
3. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older (or the legal minimum age under state law) to use our services.
- You must be physically located in a state where our providers are licensed at the time of consultation.
- You must provide accurate and truthful personal and medical information.
4. Medical Disclaimer
- Our services are for evaluation and certification purposes only. We do not replace your primary care provider.
- A provider may decline certification if you do not meet the medical or legal requirements in your state.
- Telehealth is not appropriate for emergency medical needs. If you experience an emergency, call 911 immediately.
5. Patient Responsibilities

6. Provider Responsibilities

7. Fees and Payment
- Payment is due at the time of scheduling or service.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are only available if you cancel before your appointment or if your provider declines to certify you. No refunds will be issued once a certification is completed and submitted to a state registry or dispensary.
- Fees are for evaluation and consultation only. Additional costs may apply for state registration or dispensary purchases.
8. Privacy & Compliance
- We comply with HIPAA and applicable state laws regarding medical cannabis.
- Your health information will only be shared with providers, state registries, and dispensaries as required to process your certification.
- We use industry-standard security measures, but no system is 100% secure.
9. Limitations of Liability
- The Company is not liable for actions taken by dispensaries, state agencies, or third parties.
- We are not responsible for your use or misuse of medical cannabis.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the evaluation.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Attempt to obtain multiple or fraudulent certifications.
- Share or resell certifications.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or misuse services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the evaluation was conducted.
